Muv Profesional Quality IPhone 5 Armband

When I first started running a few months ago I had nothing to carrying my phone in. My workout pants don't have pockets and I'm not one to carry my phone in my bra. I have always found that uncomfortable and kind of gross, so I just carried my phone in my hand. I am super clumsy and drop my phone a lot. It's a good thing that I used headphones, because I would have probably cracked my screen by now.

Recently I got the chance to review the Muv ProBand iPhone 5 Armband, for free. This armband was made for the iPhone 5, I have the iPhone 4 and it fit perfectly. The iPhone 5 is bigger so I kind of wonder how well that fits. I love that this armband has reflectors on it, so you can wear it at night and you will be visible to cars. The velcro is strong, I had no problems with this falling or slipping off of my arm. I have large arms, it's not secret that I'm fat, and this fit comfortably on me. There are two different slots so this can fit smaller arms too. If you have a larger arm you could wear it on your forearm. The material is super soft. It wasn't itchy and it did breath well. I didn't notice any sweat or anything under the band. I think that it would be sturdy enough to wash if you were to get it super dirty. I have a 5k race on sunday and I plan on using this then, I will probably want to wash it after. I didn't think it was too bulky and found it to be comfortable for extended periods of time. I really love that there is a spot for your house key. Before I got this armband I had to leave my doors unlocked because I didn't have anywhere to store a key. Now I can run knowing my home is safe from intruders.

I think that this will last me a while. It seems like it is made with quality parts, the sticking seems study, the materials don't feel cheap to me. There are holes in the back of this case for the speakers and for the headphone jack so you can listen to music while you run. I do think this would be okay to use in the rain since the holes are on the side facing skin. This can be purchased on Amazon for $14.95, there is free shipping if you have prime or on purchases totaling $35.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. Post contains Amazon affiliate links.

  5. A nice product! But here in our country, it is not advisable to display your gadgets while doing some jogging around.. It's pretty hot for the eyes of the not so good..

  6. I used to have arm bands but since I used a GPS watch, I just stick to GPS watch. For runs, I want music, I use an ipod shuffle since you can squeeze it anywhere. This looks durable though.

  7. I like that it's a good fit, because I would use it for running. And the fact you say it breaths well is perfect! The last thing I want went jogging is to have a random sweat spot on my arm :)

  14. I hope they open up for more phones, especially the Note 4. I love taking my phone on a walk and without worrying it's going to fall. I like the reflector's as well. Keep me posted on if they have one for Samsung products.

  15. Sounds like a great armband. I have a iPhone and I've had some armbands that it fit awkwardly into.

  23. What a great idea... aside from working out, this is great for when I mow the lawn. Don't laugh, but I've been stuffing my phone in my bra so I could listen to my Pandora app while mowing. lol
